  • I thought I purchased a finished doll and did not realise it is a pattern, can you refund my purchase?
    Unfortunately due to the nature of digital sales, we are unable to offer a refund once a pattern has been downloaded. However, if you have not yet accessed the link to the pattern and have not downloaded the file, we are happy to cancel and refund the purchase.
  • Can I have a refund on a pattern purchase?
    Due to the nature of a digital sale, unfortunately once a link has been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund, under all circumstances, as the pattern is already in your ownership - this includes wanting patterns in other languages as we explicitly describe that our patterns are in English only. The only event in which a refund can be issued is if the file has not been downloaded.
  • How do I download my pattern?
    When you purchase a digital product, such as a pattern, you will be sent a download link automatically by Wiki to the email address you used during your purchase. Once you have clicked the link, you will have 30 days to download the product before the link expires.
  • Do you have video tutorials for your patterns?
    Unfortunately, there are currently no video tutorials for the patterns and kits, but this is something we are working towards in the near future.
  • What yarn and hook do you use for all your designs?
    The yarn we always use is an 8ply 100% Cotton DK yarn, some examples include the Hobbii Rainbow 6/8ply Cotton Yarn, Paint Box Simply Cotton DK Yarn, which can be purchase online. We also use the Flinders Yarn purchased in Australia Spotlight Stores. a 2.5mm or 3mm hook is used with this weight of yarn.
  • Can I sell the finished dolls made from the patterns?
    We are more than happy for you to sell or gift any finished dolls made from our patterns on a non-commercial scale. We would love if you could please credit Chloe's Instagram account @e.m.i_creations or reference EMI Creations by Chloe where applicable.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    Due to the demand of my made-to-order toys, we currently do not take any custom orders. However, if you would like any changes to the handmade toys sold in our store or want to add some personalisation, please don't hesitate to contact us via email, emicreations.designs@gmail.com.
  • Do you do wholesale orders for your items?
    Unfortunately, we do not do wholesale orders at the moment.
